Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Standard and Express shipping options for all US orders. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping We ship to many countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via USPS, DHL Express, or FedEx depending on your location. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages Mandaaron Fragrances is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at mandaaron69@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.
